Every recipe starts from scratch and our ingredients are chosen with intention: slow cooked and smoked sauces, fresh herbs, creamy blends, roasted vegetables, and our closely guarded Renegade Red Sauce.

Although Renegade Ravioli is the newest part of our culinary family, it is powered by the same experienced crew behind the widely adored Pierogi Posse. Years of high volume service and high pressure scenarios across the country made us who we are today. We learned the necessary discipline it takes to live on the road but still deliver the goods: consistent execution, 

Our staff moves with the precision of seasoned professionals. With just two POS systems and ten feet of sales frontage, they can handle four to six orders per minute without 

missing a beat. From setup through breakdown, the crew stays locked in on delivering not only a delicious meal, but a memorable experience as well.

For many, including ourselves, Italian food carries deep a sense of nostalgia. It recalls family kitchens, handmade dishes, and moments that shaped our lives. We respect that history, but we do not confine it. We refine it, expand it, and give each dish a subtle smoked depth that feels as if it came from an open fire.
